I GUESS HALLOWEEN COSTUME ALSO BUT HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT IT IS EITHER...AND WHO BUZZED THERE HAIR TERI OR BRANDON...WE NEED A PIC!!!
you're right! it's a Halloween costume for Meili. I am excited to let her wear it. I hope she will like my masterpiece-lol
